Jet City Orange Guided Meditations

"I’ve prepared a set of guided meditations. There are six different versions, each with slightly different wording. After you hear my voice there's a pause of 10, 15, or 20 minutes and followed by the sound of 3 bells. My suggestion is to try all of the variations and use the one(s) you like. Try rotating them. Choose a time period that works for you. Sit for longer periods as you become more comfortable meditating."
